The Floor
All floors are a multi layer composite construction, incorporating barriers against moisture and heat loss.
Quality carpet tiles are included in the price however, laminate flooring is available at an extra cost.
The floor sits on the heavy duty rigid steel foundation and is not in direct contact with ground. As a result, moisture cannot enter the building and a ventilated space is created underneath, ensuring the ground below the building does not become saturated.
The floor itself is constructed from an 80mm thick composite sandwich using no less than 5 layers. These layers include materials creating vapour barriers, insulation, and rigidity. The result is a highly effective block against moisture and insulation from cold.
Underfloor heaing can be installed as an optional extra however, the heat retention properties of the floor are so efficient that it is not essential.
